The Time Entries sub-module in our daily management platform provides a seamless solution for tracking and managing work hours, integrated with our punch clock system. It allows supervisors or the administration to visualize all recorded time entries entered by employees, verify and correct any discrepancies in real-time to ensure accurate records, and modify logged hours as needed. With a structured 2-level approval process, hours must be approved at multiple levels to enhance accountability. Additionally, timesheets are automatically generated based on approved time entries, simplifying payroll and reporting processes. This sub-module ensures accurate, efficient, and compliant time tracking for companies.
Punch clocks
Our platform offers two versatile types of punch clocks to streamline time tracking: one is entered by PIN, while the other uses project and task selection. Both punch types are fully integrated into the system and can be linked to payable entries, billable entries or both, based on your needs. The system allows punch clocks to be assigned to a specific task by default, making the process simple and hassle-free.
The PIN Punch Clock displays all previous entries for the past seven days, providing employees with a clear history of their logged hours. After clocking in, the main screen automatically reverts to the PIN entry view for quick access.
The Project Punch Clock enables employees or supervisors to clock in team members on specific tasks within selected projects, ensuring accurate tracking for both payroll and project billing. This feature-rich punch clock system enhances efficiency and accuracy, helping you manage labor hours effectively across various tasks and projects.
